The Noortwyck is a restaurant from partners Chef Andy Quinn and Sommelier Cedric Nicaise, who met at Eleven Madison Park. This West Village restaurant has a timeless, new American menu focusing on New York producers and purveyors alongside a vast and fun wine list. Noortwyck is Dutch for "North District." The restaurant sits on what was once the northern tract of New Amsterdam.
