Overview
Three Fishes presents a ‘farm-to-fork’ concept consisting of a la carte or a full three-course meal (Wed–Sat lunch & dinner). Alongside the Choice Menu, guests can select the Seasonal Menu (Wed–Sat lunch & dinner), which consists of five specially chosen courses featuring carefully sourced local ingredients. Also on offer to guests is the Chef’s Table experience.
