Xaak is a Contemporary Mexican Cuisine experience designed by five chefs from Hotel Xcaret Arte’s Culinary Collective: Roberto Solís, Franco Maddalozzo, Paco Méndez, Jonatán Gómez Luna, and Alejandro Ruiz, who have created an extraordinary 5-course tasting menu that will surprise the diner. This experience includes pairing with premium Mexican wines. Sandra Fernández, one of the most influential women in the promotion of Mexico’s wine culture, harmonizes this culinary masterpiece with her astute wine selections.
