Overview
Named in honor of chef Tom Sarafian's grandfather, ZAREH is a restaurant built on a deep love of family, tradition, and hospitality. The heart of the open kitchen is a wood-fired oven and charcoal barbecue, cooking foods inspired by people, places, and memories — a tribute to chef Sarafian's and his partner Jinane Bou-Assi's respective Armenian and Lebanese heritages, and travels through North Africa and the Middle East. At ZAREH, diners are welcomed like family.
