Overview
Jean-Georges opens ABC Kitchens, his first-ever Brooklyn restaurant, located on the iconic DUMBO waterfront at Empire Stores. ABC Kitchens’ seasonally driven menu is an evolution and combination of three restaurants under one roof. The industrial waterfront space features a commanding peninsula bar and a central glass enclosure that serves as a retail space, selling vintage glassware, tableware, and florals, and transforms into a whimsical dinner scene by night.
