Overview

The Dyades restaurant is the pulsating heart of the Domaine des Etangs, where every day during a meal, there is balance and harmony. Balance in the room, between the rusticity of old stones and the refinement of tableware. On the white tablecloth, the wood of a Nontron knife meets Bernardaud porcelain stamped with a delicate dragonfly. On the wall, the graphic works of artist Caroline Corbasson form an intriguing landscape, which is reflected in the copper of the cellar.
