Overview
EVETT is a contemporary restaurant inspired by Korean ingredients and food culture. The tasting menu reinterprets Korean elements and local food using ideas and techniques from around the world. Along with this, there is a pairing of traditional liquor that Korean liquor masters have discovered and matched for each course.
