Overview
Caserta, located in southern Italy, is renowned for ranking amongst The Best Pizza in the world awards. From a family of pizzaiolos, pizza is rooted within Salvatore Fiata. Moving away from his hometown of Caserta before settling in Hong Kong, Salvatore was an apprentice to many of the greatest pizzaiolos worldwide. At Fiata, Salvatore vows to bring Hong Kong the best true Italian pizza, using only the freshest D.O.P label ingredients imported from Italy — the only way for a True Italian Pizza. “75% moisture, 510 degrees Celsius, 90 seconds, and 100% passion.”
