Friends Only
Overview
Friends Only is the R&D restaurant for Akiko’s Restaurant. The menu focuses on dry-aged ingredients — one bite of nigiri may consist of a 21-day aged bluefin tuna topped with Osetra Caviar, another piece of nigiri may be a tilefish, aged for seven days, grilled with its own crispy scale. Beverage pairings include reserve champagne and sake, spirits, and classic cocktails with an Asian undertone.
