Gusto Bread is an artisanal panadería in Long Beach specializing in baking with masa madre (wild fermented sourdough culture) and in-house nixtamal (fresh corn masa). Everything is crafted with a philosophy of simple, real, and delicious, by making food with whole ingredients, stone-milled flours, and local produce.
