At Heritage, every single ingredient is sourced with intention. The menu changes often and sometimes daily. Beer and wine are all sourced from California. Since its beginning, Heritage has been a zero-waste, Green and Blue certified kitchen. This commitment to sustainability continues to expand with Heritage Farm, which is located just a mile from the restaurant.
