Hogget Kitchen is a regional destination restaurant located 90 minutes East of Melbourne, where local and seasonal food is central to the menu and experience. The restaurant uses a nose-to-tail approach when it comes to meat, and all preparation, carving, and butchering is done in-house to ensure the best possible cuts of meat and the least wastage. All the pickling, bottling, charcuterie, smoking, brining, and more are also done in-house and by hand - skills passed on to the staff to preserve the techniques for future generations of chefs.
