Inatô
Overview
Inatô is an expression of chef Jepe Cruz’s own culinary style, born from more than a decade of working in the industry and his travels, both regional and abroad. Seasonality and availability dictate the menu, which utilizes exceptional local and global ingredients and applies Filipino cooking techniques and flavors. In Binisaya, the term Inatô means “our way,” highlighting the restaurant's Filipino roots and its philosophy: an exploration of the different routes that lead to Filipino food.
