On the edge of the forest of the Lodi plain, back in 1700, a farmhouse was built called La Coldana — or the great heat — as the climate in this area was humid and sultry, like in the rainforest at that time. In the farmhouse of La Coldana, completely renovated a few years ago, today there is space for a restaurant, where it is possible to taste, in an idyllic setting, traditional products carefully cooked in innovative dishes.
