L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon — Tokyo
Overview
The idea of L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon was inspired by Sushi counters where Japanese masters prepare their food in front of their customers. A sublimely simple concept; an open kitchen on a forty seats counter where several high tables allow customers to observe dishes being prepared and compose their menu according to their appetite since 'La Carte' proposes small portions of great classics. A selection of wines from all over the world is being proposed to you.
