Wolfgang's Steakhouse offers premium steaks made with a focus on quality, aging, and grilling. Rare beef, rated "Prime Grade" by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is dry-aged for extended periods in a dedicated aging chamber. Once the meat has a tender texture and enhanced flavor, it is then thickly sliced and grilled in a 900°C oven, resulting in a crispy, fragrant exterior and juicy interior. Served on a piping hot plate.
