Lilou Brasserie
Overview
Lilou, a French brasserie, opened in January 2024, helmed by Chef Benjamin Tilatti, who was born and raised between Gascony and the Basque Country in the very southwest of France. Lilou serves modern interpretations of classic fare as well as dishes inspired by his grandmother’s kitchen. Chef Benjamin’s creations are complemented by an exclusively French wine list that represents each of France’s wine-producing regions, as well as cocktails powered by French spirits and modifiers.
