Overview

Located in one of Sydney’s most renowned dining precincts, Mercado restaurant offers a share-style menu inspired by the Mediterranean, with a Spanish/Moorish influence complemented by a Spanish wine list. Just like a true ‘Mercado’ or marketplace, the menu offered evolves alongside the seasons and the unique produce selected from regional farmers. It is enriched by the revival of traditional kitchen craft: Whole animal butchery, inhouse meat curing, dry-aging of premium cuts of beef, all showcasing a passion for produce and delivering a memorable dining experience to guests.
