Nozawa Bar

Overview

Nozawa Bar serves tradition-based omakase. The menu is created early each morning following visits to the LA fish markets to select the day's fish. During the meal, each course is served to all guests at once. The meal's cadence and tempo have been mindfully created to allow each course to be enjoyed to the fullest.
