Overview

The calm atmosphere of Oryori Tsuji is purely Japanese, with Juraku walls, tiled floors, and various types of wood. In addition to ingredients from the central wholesale market, the restaurant also uses wild vegetables in the spring, sweetfish in the summer, wild mushrooms in the fall, and other ingredients that are only available for a short period of time and are delivered directly from the farm.
