Located a little away from the heart of the city, OSA is a small chalet on the banks of the Manzanares with an open kitchen at the entrance, small inter-connecting dining rooms, and a wine cellar and chillout lounge upstairs. The single-tasting menu showcases modern cuisine crafted from seasonal ingredients, drawing out flavors through smoking and maturing techniques, and precise cooking methods.
