Overview
PARCS is a small-ish 20-seater ferment and wine bar driven by a mission to minimize food waste. Parcs' cuisine is "from everywhere," with an ever-changing range of small-batch, organic and biodynamic minimal intervention wines, and like-minded cocktails.
