Overview

Pastel is an Israeli brasserie located in the navel of the new wing of the Tel Aviv Museum, opposite the sculpture garden and in a natural urban sequence to the opera and chamber plaza. Pastel joins the trend of restaurants that have opened in recent years in museums in leading cities globally, such as The Modern at MOMA in New York, Nerua Guggenheim in Bilbao. Pastel's menu offers a variety of dishes that combine well-known classics from the kitchen and the use of local ingredients.
