The menu at Pizzeria Clementina features traditional Roman pizza, made with live sourdough, rolled out with a rolling pin, and cooked in a wood-fired oven: the Capricciosa di Mare is one of Luca Pezzetta's signature dishes, topped with homemade tuna ham (swordfish or amberjack), artisanal bottarga, datterino tomato stew, buffalo mozzarella strips, olive earth and artichoke petals alla giudia. Among Clementina's desserts, the star is Luca Pezzetta's artisanal panettone, made with live sourdough. Finally, Clementina's wine list includes almost 300 references, including off-the-list labels.
