Regalo is a restaurant specializing in charcoal grills and pasta. While starting with the basic Italian that is neither subspecies nor new varieties, Regalo constantly seeks evolution. Japanese seasonal ingredients, a primitive charcoal grill, more than 300 kinds of Italian wine, exceptional service, and music contribute to weaving each piece like a bouquet and delivering it as a Regalo (gift).
