Overview
Restaurant Aure is helmed by chef Nicky Arentsen and partner Emma Nørbygaard. Nicky's past is at restaurants such as Babette, AOC, Henne Kirkeby Kro & Jordnær. It is precisely these cuisines that all have an influence on Aure's menus, which consist mainly of fish and shellfish, and game when it is in season. The idea of Aure's kitchen is that it should be real food, made with good ingredients and perfect preparations in a fun and present environment.
