Saison Hospitality co-founder and Saison Winery winemaker Mark Bright welcomes guests to the first official location of Saison Cellar & Wine Bar in San Francisco. Saison Cellar & Wine Bar invites wine lovers, collectors, and anyone thirsty to use the space as an extension of their own home and cellars, and is made up of two distinct spaces. The Wine Bar serves up a very personal list curated by Mark Bright and the team of Sommeliers, complemented by French wine bar fare. "These are wines that inspire the wines I make," says Bright. The menu is designed for groups large and small to snack and savor, from traditional croque monsieurs and pâté en croûte to Saison's signature caviar service and robust charcuterie & cheese program, featuring imports and local artisanal products. The richly textured, classic "Saison blue" space offers banquettes, booths, and bar seating. The Cellar, just two doors down, is a private members club with climate-controlled, luxury personal wine storage, in a discreet atmosphere for hosting and tasting.
