The Alchemix

Overview

The Alchemix unites worlds and proposals, cocktails and cuisine, Asia and the Mediterranean. The "alchemixers" are Ignacio Ussía – who worked at Asia's Best Restaurant (Gaggan, Bangkok), and Juanan Vizcaino. Together, they create a unique gastro-experience of pairing mini-cocktails with dishes.
