Wildair
Overview
An offshoot of Contra, Wildair is a celebrated wine bar in NYC's Lower East Side serving natural wines and seasonal plates. Expect interesting takes on dishes, such as the potato cake topped with sea urchin and pickled jalapeños, or the pissaladieclaire. Wildair has a terrific dessert program and, on Saturdays, serves donuts at 12:00, which changes every week.
