Wolfgang's Steakhouse - Marunouchi
Overview
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse has gained huge popularity as a first-rate steakhouse to please the most demanding gourmet. The Marunouchi location in Tokyo, the second Wolfgang’s in Japan, can be found on the first basement floor of the Meiji Seimei Kan building. Only U.S. Prime Grade beef is used here. Wolfgang’s pièce de résistance is the prime steak, which consists of beef dry-aged in a dedicated warehouse and quickly seared in an oven at 900°C. Under the fragrant, crisply seared surface, the meat inside is juicy. Filet and sirloin are served on a single plate. From the glass-walled wine cellar, where over 1,000 wines are stocked, patrons can select the perfect wine for their meal. The graceful and elegant dining hall creates the mood of an upscale Manhattan eatery—a legend among steakhouses.
