With a name inspired by its Bulgari legacy — hōseki is the Japanese word for jewels ― this traditional omakase experience has just eight seats, under the direction of sushi chef Kenji Gyoten, three-star sushi chef at Sushi Gyoten in Fukuoka. It is a temple devoted to the ritual of Japanese dining and features impeccable design elements and views of a tiny zen garden. To complement your meal, 15 different sake labels are available.
