Enjoying the finest steaks on the teppan, Wolfgang's Steakhouse focuses on quality, aging, and grilling. Rare beef, rated "prime grade" by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is dry-aged for a long period of time in a dedicated aging room, and then grilled right in front of the customer on the teppan with a realistic atmosphere.
