An intimate and sophisticated retreat, Punch Room invites guests to explore the deep-rooted heritage of punch-making, thoughtfully reimagined through the lens of Japanese culture. The menu is curated around five distinct categories, each reflecting one of the “five flavor pillars” of punch, harmonized with a unique facet of Japanese tradition. Every creation showcases exceptional Japanese ingredients, ranging from artisanal local spirits and sake to ryokucha tea and rare regional spices.
