Overview
The cuisine at LA VIE by Thomas Bühner combines high-quality regional products with the best influences from two culinary worlds – French and Asian: For Bühner, French cuisine is the origin of fine dining and thus the foundation of his culinary philosophy. However, thanks to his work in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Beijing, Asian cuisine has also become a culinary home for him. At LA VIE in Düsseldorf, these two cuisines now come together in a harmonious fusion. Two evening menus are offered, each with four to eight courses – one featuring meat and fish, and a vegan option.
