Urban Kitchen serves all-day buffet-style dining showcasing international and regional flavors. The restaurant in Macau is divided into six different food stations, each with a designated chef, including a seafood bar, Macanese and Italian cuisine, regional Chinese favorites, Japan and Asian delights, desserts, and soft-serve ice cream, and a live beverage station.
